  36.       be returned to the board with full time. This now stops any

  39.       file so the time is corrected for.

  58.       are users required to use color to use Lotto.

  60.     o Lotto now supports ALL TYPE OF BBS's. Instant Lotto was originally
  61.       created for PCBoard specifically, But now supports all BBS's that
  62.       use the Users.sys (PCB), Door.sys (All), Dorinfox.def (RBBS), or
  63.       CallInfo.BBS (WildCat). No more Discrimination!
